The $65 million SR-23 Widening and Sound Wall Project widened SR-23 from four lanes to six lanes by providing one additional lane in each direction in the median. Project work included construction of sound walls, widening bridges, installation of detector loops, ramp meters, and changeable message signs (CMS).

State Route 118 Widening Project: The project involved widening the Ronald Reagan Highway eastbound from three to four lanes by providing one additional lane in each direction from Tapo Canyon Road to the LA County line in the City of Simi Valley. The construction included bridge widenings, sound walls on CIDH piles, installing irrigation and landscaping, installing detector loops and ramp meters, providing and installing changeable message signs.
