Green Port Gateway Rail Project (Ocean Blvd/Pier F Support Yard Track Realignment Program)
BergCM performed as the Prime Consultant managing the installation of 29,000 feet of railroad track, 1,070 feet of track realignment, 8 crossovers, 18 turnouts, 5,600 linear feet of retaining walls, and the installation of 23 light poles.
Los Angeles Union Station Platform 7
BergCM oversaw the reconstruction of Platform 7 at Los Angeles Union Station, enhancing its capacity for increased rail traffic with reinforced concrete platforms, a new steel canopy, continuous welded rail, and vintage-inspired stairways and ramps.
Wilmington Waterfront Park
As Prime Construction Manager, BergCM provided constructibility review, construction management, cost estimating and scheduling for the simultaneous construction of these two landmark projects.
