All Berg inspection programs include:
- Determining that material and workmanship are in compliance with requirements of the plans and specifications
- Remaining informed and current with the Contractor’s work plan
- Evaluating progress for payment purposes
- Preparing daily reports and maintaining record document information
- Taking progress photos to create an extensive photographic project record with photo referencing for daily inspection reports
- Maintaining redline as-built plans throughout construction to facilitate swift close-out
- Anticipating issues that might affect the project quality and/or schedule, from experience with prior similar utility projects
