Sunset Strip Beautification

BergCM served as the prime construction manager for the federally funded Sunset Strip Beautification Project, which involved resurfacing 1.65 miles of roadway, upgrading traffic signals, ensuring ADA compliance for sidewalks and driveways, and providing public outreach services for nearby businesses and residents, including a 24-hour helpline.

On-Call Project Management/Construction Management

BergCM provides Professional Services to support the capital improvement projects for various Airfield, Landside, Utility and Infrastructure projects at LAX and VNY airports.
