The Magnolia Avenue Interconnection with Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) Project includes the construction of approximately 2,300-lf of 16-inch PVC C900 pipe, a metering and flow control vault for RPU, and a meter and motor operated butterfly valve vault for Western.

In addition to the project budget and schedule control, Berg is expected to manage the construction activities, materials testing survery, community relations contracts, and provide field inspection for the construction contracts. Resident Engineering services will be required for submittal review, pay requests, change order management and control, quality control, and general Construction management services to support the construction services.
Construction Observation services will be required to assure quality control, sufficient documentation, document control work, and provide direct interaction with the contractor while keeping WMWD PM informed.
