As Prime, BergCM provided construction management, inspection, materials testing, construction surveying and landscape to SANBAG for this $35.7 million interchange replacement project with Caltrans oversight, funded by state and federal funds and Rialto Redevelopment Agency bonds.
Work included ramp widening, bridge demolition and reconstruction, traffic control, detours, signal installation, striping, signalization upgrades, Caltrans and city traffic management systems, coordination with BNSF and interface with numerous residents, businesses, and truck traffic.
